Among the listed venues, Binance is the only exchange showing a positive ETH 8-hour funding rate, while OKX, Bybit, and Gate are all in negative territory. Gate posts the largest negative reading among the four exchanges at -0.0011%, followed by Bybit at -0.0006% and OKX at -0.0002%.
Funding rates are used in perpetual futures markets for periodic payments between long and short positions. The data cited here covers only the current ETH network-wide average and the corresponding readings from Binance, OKX, Bybit, and Gate as reported by Coinglass.
