Among major exchanges, the current ETH funding rate on Binance is 0.0008%, while OKX records -0.0075%. Bybit shows a funding rate of 0.0085%, and Gate records -0.0059%. Based on these figures, Binance and Bybit are showing positive rates, while OKX and Gate are showing negative rates.
Funding rates are commonly used in perpetual futures markets for periodic settlement between long and short positions. In this Coinglass data set, ETH’s overall 8-hour average rate is close to the zero line, while the readings across individual exchanges remain different.
