Rome-based Physical AI cybersecurity company Exein said it has closed a new €234 million funding round, equivalent to about $270 million, valuing the company at €1.4 billion, or roughly $1.7 billion. The company said the deal makes it the highest-valued cybersecurity startup in Europe. Headline led the round, with participation from Sofina, Goldman Sachs, the European Investment Bank Group, KfW Capital and T.Capital. J.P.
