Flop Labs has released a draft tokenomics outline for FLOP, stating that the token will have no venture capital allocation and no presale. Instead, the airdrop is aimed at network participants including miners, validators, agents, and early community members. According to the draft chart, FLOP’s total supply is projected to reach 17.2 billion tokens by year 10, with a terminal annual inflation rate of 0.6%.
The allocation breakdown shows miners receiving the largest share at 51.2%, or 8.8 billion tokens. Airdrops account for 20.4%, or 3.5 billion tokens, with that bucket split across miners, validators, agents, and reserve incentives. The team and foundation are assigned 11.4%, or 2 billion tokens. Validators and brokers/agents each receive 6.8%, or 1.2 billion tokens, while staking rewards account for 3.4%, or 600 million tokens.
Flop Labs said more details will be shared during an AMA next week on X Spaces and YouTube, to be hosted by Arthur Hayes, known on X as CryptoHayes. The project added that all tokenomics figures released so far remain in draft form and may still change.
