Users can enter the first 11 or 23 words of a BIP39 mnemonic, and the device will generate a valid final word that satisfies the checksum requirements. This allows users to manually create a mnemonic using dice, coin flips, or other methods, then complete the mnemonic generation directly on the Passport Prime without external tools.
Foundation said an AI security review using Claude Fable Max and ChatGPT 5.6 Sol Extra High found no serious security issues.
