Galaxy Digital has rolled out Galaxy Curator, an institutional vault curation offering on the decentralized lending protocol Morpho, according to CoinDesk. The service is being made available to institutional clients through Fireblocks Earn and is designed for firms that want to deploy idle stablecoins into selected on-chain yield strategies without having to build and manage their own DeFi infrastructure. Galaxy said the initial lineup includes two strategy types. One is focused on capital preservation and allocates only to markets backed by high-quality collateral. The other takes on more risk in exchange for higher yield, with allocations to liquid staking and restaking tokens, Pendle principal tokens, and Ethena products. The company also said the vaults use the same collateral standards, risk exposure limits, and market monitoring framework that it applies in its institutional lending and trading businesses.

Galaxy Digital has launched Galaxy Curator, an institutional vault curation business on the decentralized lending protocol Morpho, according to CoinDesk. The offering is available to institutional clients through Fireblocks Earn.

The product is aimed at helping institutions put idle stablecoins to work in selected on-chain yield strategies without having to build and manage their own DeFi infrastructure.

Two strategy types in the initial rollout

Galaxy said the first set of products includes two strategy categories.

  • One is built around capital preservation and allocates only to markets backed by high-quality collateral.
  • The other targets higher yield by taking on more risk and allocating to liquid staking and restaking tokens, Pendle principal tokens, and Ethena products.

Existing institutional risk framework carried over

The company said the vaults use the same collateral standards, risk exposure limits, and market monitoring framework already used across its institutional lending and trading operations.
