According to Odaily, Gate data showed that international spot gold and silver prices continued to move higher. Spot gold touched $4,160 per ounce, marking an intraday gain of 2.20%. Spot silver posted a stronger move, rising 5.00% on the day and trading at $66.55 per ounce.
The move was also reflected in the futures market. New York silver futures were up more than 3.00% intraday and were quoted at $66.69 per ounce. The figures reported by Gate cover spot gold, spot silver, and New York silver futures, all quoted in U.S. dollars per ounce.
