ChainCatcher reported that, according to monitoring by Lookonchain, the attacker linked to Humanity Protocol has converted part of the stolen funds into USDC and deposited that portion of assets into KuCoin. The update describes a movement in which stolen assets were first swapped into a widely used dollar-pegged stablecoin and then transferred to a centralized crypto trading platform.
The newsflash did not provide additional details such as the amount converted, wallet addresses, or transaction hashes. USDC is a commonly used stablecoin in the crypto market, while KuCoin is a crypto asset exchange. Based on the Lookonchain monitoring cited by ChainCatcher, the reported fund movement is connected to the Humanity Protocol attacker.
