Kalshi files for U.S. single-stock perpetuals
Prediction market platform Kalshi has applied to launch perpetual contracts tied to U.S. stocks. It submitted a proposed rule change to the SEC and also filed for CFTC approval. The proposal has not been approved.
The contracts would have no preset expiry date. Pricing would be kept in line with the underlying stocks through funding rates between long and short positions, and clearing would run through KalshiKlear, Kalshi’s CFTC-registered clearinghouse. Coinbase filed a similar proposal on the same day.

pPOLY described as non-official Polymarket exposure
Binance Wallet and PancakeSwap launched a Pre-Access campaign that offers users indirect tokenized exposure to companies before listing. Paimon Polymarket SPV Token, or $pPOLY, may be the first project and could be listed on Binance Alpha on Sept. 24.
The token is issued by Paimon Finance and represents tokenized exposure to an SPV related to Polymarket. It is not an official Polymarket token and does not equal direct ownership of Polymarket equity. Final details remain subject to Binance’s announcement.
Arc launches agent payments
Arc, the blockchain under Circle, launched agent payments. Its Facilitator Service gives x402 developers a custodial access route that can accept USDC and settle onchain across Arc, Base, and Polygon, without requiring Relayer keys or a separate gas-fee wallet.
ZachXBT questions zkSNARKs NFT project
Onchain investigator ZachXBT reposted the zkSNARKs NFT auction results and challenged the project, describing it as a standard 10,000-piece PFP NFT collection. He said the project raised an eight-figure dollar sum but showed little practical use or ecosystem building, and he also questioned the team’s fund allocation and royalty structure.
The auction drew 16,971 bids. All 8,000 NFTs were allocated, and total volume reached 25,305 ZEC, or about $36.94 million.

Standard Chartered sets ARB targets through 2030
Geoff Kendrick, head of digital assets research at Standard Chartered, said ARB could reach $10 by the end of 2030. His annual targets were $0.5 in 2026, $1.5 in 2027, $3.5 in 2028, and $6.5 in 2029.
He also said Arbitrum’s revenue for September could reach $5 million, more than five times the level seen before the launch of Robinhood Chain. He identified slower tokenization progress and ARB’s lack of a direct value-capture mechanism as the main risks to that forecast, according to Bitcoin.com News.
