Odaily reported that Robert Kiyosaki, the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, said in a post that although gold and silver prices have fallen recently, he will not decide whether to buy or sell assets based only on price. He said he has made many mistakes in the past, and one of them was allowing price movements to influence his investment judgment. Kiyosaki said he now pays more attention to the “environment” surrounding an asset and the broader macro background, rather than short-term price volatility.
Watching Macro Conditions and Technical Trends
Kiyosaki said the current management of the global economy has been poor, and that this could lead to problems continuing to worsen. Against that backdrop, he is watching the technical trends of gold, silver, Bitcoin and Ethereum, and is waiting for prices to finish their downtrend before making purchases.
He also said the technical charts for gold and silver show that the two assets may be in a stage before a large upward move. At the same time, Kiyosaki reminded investors to make their own judgments and not blindly trust other people’s views.
