Robert Kiyosaki said recent declines in gold and silver prices would not by themselves determine whether he buys or sells. He is focusing on the broader environment, macro backdrop and technical trends in gold, silver, Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Odaily reported that Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, said in a post that recent declines in gold and silver prices would not be the sole basis for his buying or selling decisions. He said he had made many mistakes in the past, including allowing price movements to shape his investment judgment. Kiyosaki said he now pays more attention to the “environment” surrounding an asset and the broader macro background, rather than short-term price fluctuations.

According to Kiyosaki, global economic management is currently performing poorly, which could cause existing problems to keep worsening. Against that backdrop, he said he is watching the technical trends of gold, silver, Bitcoin and Ethereum, and is waiting for prices to end their downtrends before buying.

He also stated that the technical charts for gold and silver show both assets may be in a stage before a large rise. At the same time, Kiyosaki reminded investors to make their own judgments and not blindly trust other people’s views.
