Kled AI founder Avi Patel announced in a post on X that several existing equity and institutional investors will begin building a multi-million dollar collective position in the KLED token starting today. Patel stated that the company’s equity financing round is now officially closed. Until the upcoming Series A round, he will direct new institutional investors and venture capital funds to acquire KLED tokens directly on the secondary market.
In a parallel initiative, a select group of token holders will receive an exclusive opportunity to purchase company equity from a small number of former employees via the secondary market. This arrangement allows early backers to capture additional value while diversifying the company’s shareholding structure and addressing the liquidity needs of former staff.
According to Patel, these measures are designed to align the token economy with the long-term development goals of Kled AI and to strengthen institutional commitment to the KLED ecosystem. As of now, KLED tokens are not yet listed on major exchanges, and the team is actively progressing with listing plans. The announcement underscores the project’s strategic focus on token utility and investor alignment.
