Capital rotated back into high-volatility meme tokens after Bitcoin moved above $80,000, lifting broader crypto risk appetite and pushing fresh activity across Solana, BSC, and Robinhood Chain. On Robinhood Chain, CASHCAT traded around $0.209, close to its all-time high, with a market cap near $205 million, a 24-hour gain of about 46%, a 6-hour rise of roughly 13%, and about $12 million in 24-hour volume. PONS also advanced, changing hands near $0.091 with a market cap of about $64.8 million and a 24-hour gain of around 46%. BlockBeats said PONS is the platform token of Pons, which it described as the current mainstream meme launch platform on Robinhood Chain. The report also noted that before Robinhood Chain gained traction, Base briefly became a focal point for meme capital, with Basecat standing out as a symbol of Base’s “Builder culture” and later listing on Coinbase. As attention shifted, newer “platform-native” names such as CASHCAT and PONS drew more capital and discussion. According to DefiLlama data cited in the report, Robinhood Chain posted about $645 million in DEX volume over the past 24 hours and roughly $3.68 billion over the past seven days, up about 23.9% from the previous seven-day period. On other networks, BSC meme token SUE and Solana meme token BATON also picked up traction.

BlockBeats reported on Aug. 25 that capital has started moving back into meme tokens after Bitcoin broke above $80,000 and lifted broader sentiment across the crypto market. As fresh narratives gained traction on Solana, BSC, and Robinhood Chain, several meme names drew fast-moving capital and community attention.

CASHCAT and PONS lead activity on Robinhood Chain

On Robinhood Chain, CASHCAT has been one of the stronger performers. The token was trading at about $0.209, close to revisiting its all-time high, with a market capitalization of roughly $205 million. It was up about 46% over 24 hours and 13% over six hours, while 24-hour trading volume stood near $12 million.

PONS also moved higher. It traded at about $0.091 with a market cap of around $64.8 million and a 24-hour gain of about 46%. BlockBeats described PONS as the platform token of Pons, which it said is currently the mainstream meme-token launch platform on Robinhood Chain.

Attention shifts from Base to newer Robinhood Chain names

Before Robinhood Chain began gaining momentum, the Base ecosystem had also briefly become a center of meme speculation. BlockBeats pointed to Basecat as the representative project in that phase. The token was at one point seen as a symbol of Base’s “Builder culture” and later made it onto Coinbase, which the report called a landmark moment for Base meme tokens reaching a wider audience.

As Robinhood Chain heated up, market attention began shifting away from Base and toward tokens tied more directly to the chain’s native narrative, including CASHCAT and PONS. By comparison, some meme tokens that had previously gained traction on Base still retained community support, but new capital inflows and discussion were being diverted elsewhere, pushing them away from the center of the current narrative.

DEX volume on Robinhood Chain keeps rising

According to DefiLlama data cited by BlockBeats, Robinhood Chain recorded about $645 million in DEX volume over the past 24 hours. Its seven-day total reached about $3.68 billion, with seven-day volume up roughly 23.9% from the previous period.

On a cross-chain basis, the report said Robinhood Chain’s 24-hour DEX volume had reached about 22% of Solana’s and about 40% of Ethereum’s.

SUE on BSC and BATON on Solana also draw interest

On BSC, attention centered on the new meme token SUE. The token was quoted at about $0.0021, with a market cap of roughly $2.09 million. It had gained about 5,910% over 24 hours, and 24-hour trading volume was around $8.1 million.

On Solana, the new meme token BATON also attracted community attention. Its market capitalization was about $1.6 million, compared with a peak market cap of roughly $2.5 million, while six-hour trading volume stood near $9.5 million.

BlockBeats added that meme-token trading is highly volatile, often driven by market sentiment and narrative speculation, and said such assets do not carry practical value or utility. The outlet said investors should be mindful of the risks.
