According to Techub News, citing Metallicus's official Q1 2026 report, the company has successfully attained the FedNow Service Request for Payment (RFP) certification. Combined with previously secured Send, Receive, and Liquidity Management certifications, Metallicus now covers the full functional suite of the Federal Reserve's instant payment system FedNow. This integrated certification stack enables Metallicus to offer end-to-end compliant payment solutions spanning funds sending, receiving, liquidity management, and payment requests.
On the product front, Metallicus delivered several key upgrades simultaneously. The WebAuth XRP Ledger integration is now live; the decentralized trading platform Metal X has unified trading and lending functionalities into a single interface; and the Metal Pay wallet, serving both individuals and enterprises, is accelerating its penetration into business users to drive real-world payment adoption. These updates collectively strengthen Metallicus's positioning in the compliant financial infrastructure space. At the blockchain layer, Metal Blockchain is progressing with the development of A-Chain and B-Chain architectures, while continuing deep infrastructure research alongside projects like XPR Network.
The company's report underscores that long-term, large-scale adoption of digital finance hinges on building industry trust and operational readiness. Only by forming an integrated technical foundation that spans payment rails, stablecoin circulation, and compliance checks can friction be reduced and digital assets truly enter the mainstream financial system.
