On the non-retaliation topic, the company reiterated its position under the Micron Global Team Member Handbook, saying team members have the right to assemble peacefully, associate freely, form and join unions or labor organizations of their choice, and seek collective bargaining or other forms of representation without fear of retaliation.
The company also said both sides thanked the Central Taiwan Science Park Administration and the mediation committee for their assistance and support during the process.
