MTCM Securities, a securitization platform based in Luxembourg, has launched the Talea DRN dual-track note, a product that can be held in two parallel forms from issuance. Investors may hold it either as a traditional ISIN security or as an ERC-3643 digital note, with both formats tied to the same collateral, economic rights, and audit framework. For settlement, the traditional track runs through Clearstream or Euroclear. The digital track, by contrast, allows transfers only between investors who have completed identity verification. The subscription options cover fiat currency, cryptocurrencies, and stablecoins. Bank Frick, a Liechtenstein bank, is serving as the digital asset partner and payment agent for the product. MTCM said the structure is not a secondary tokenization of an existing security. Instead, the note was designed as a dual-track instrument from the outset.
