Uniform Labs, the developer behind tokenized asset settlement platform Multiliquid, has raised a total of $8 million across its pre-seed and seed rounds. The latest seed financing was led by Polychain, with participation from Strobe Ventures, CMT Digital, Metalayer Ventures, Generative Ventures, and Circle Ventures. The company did not disclose the size or valuation of each round.
Multiliquid is already live on Ethereum and Solana. The platform is designed to let institutions swap tokenized assets and stablecoins in either direction at net asset value within a single atomic transaction, while also settling the trade at the same time. Its target users include asset issuers, institutional treasuries, DeFi lending protocols, and market makers.
Uniform Labs said the platform uses a non-custodial model and enforces transfer restrictions, identity checks, and issuer-defined compliance rules at the settlement layer. It has already started processing early pilot transactions. The new funding will be used to expand the protocol engineering team, add liquidity and trading venue partners, and bring more tokenized cash and Treasury products to EVM networks and Solana. The company also said it has no current plans to issue a token.
