RWA Demo Day, launched by Nano Labs with BNB Chain as the official public blockchain partner, has opened global applications for early-stage projects focused on real-world assets. The event is hosted by Nano Labs, co-organized by ICC, ABGA, and ME, and supported by strategic media partners including MPost, Blocktempo, PA News, and TechFlow. A group of industry institutions, among them Hashkey Capital, Bitrise Capital, RWA Connect, Web3 Labs, Waterdrip Capital, and cgv, is also participating in the initiative.
The competition is aimed at identifying promising startups building in the RWA sector. Organizers said winning teams will receive cash awards, ecosystem incentives, incubation support, and global exposure designed to help standardize and expand programmable on-chain use cases for real-world assets. The total prize package is valued at more than $100,000. Of that, $10,000 will be distributed as cash prizes: $5,000 for first place, $3,000 for second place, and $1,000 each for two third-place winners. The cash awards will be issued after successful deployment on BNB Chain.
Support package includes mentorship and incubation
Beyond the cash component, the program includes a mentor track with guidance from institutions such as Nano Labs, BNB Chain, YZi Labs, and Bitrise Capital. Selected projects will also gain fast-track access to the BNB Chain RWA incentive program, which includes technical and compliance guidance, liquidity seed funding and TVL-based incentives, growth-oriented funding and marketing support, and a customized roadmap for scaling and application delivery.
ICC will provide a tailored incubation package valued at $100,000. Organizers also listed cloud services, audit services, media promotion packages, and an offline showcase slot among the available benefits. Winning teams will be officially announced on April 21, 2026, with showcases scheduled during the Hong Kong Web3 Festival.
Application schedule runs from March to April 2026
According to the published timeline, global applications will be accepted from March 6 to March 31, 2026. Expert review and shortlist selection will take place on April 1 and April 2, 2026. The online Demo Day Final is set for April 8, 2026. Final winners will be announced on April 21.
Projects must meet three conditions to apply: they must be directly focused on the RWA sector, remain at an early stage with no TGE completed and fundraising unfinished, and submit full project materials including an introduction, team information, and a pitch deck. Organizers added that having a demo or prototype would significantly improve the chance of selection.
Winners will present during Hong Kong Web3 Festival
The offline showcase segment of the competition will be held at Hong Kong Web3 Festival. Organizers said the setting is intended to give selected teams direct access to projects, investors, exchanges, and infrastructure builders from across the industry. The application form and submission details have already been made available through the public registration channel.
