The wallet, 0xf53e7cc2894cba22dcdc40de936513a502ef16e3, bought in two transactions. The first was $599,400, and the second was $226,000. The trades were executed at 78¢ and 77¢, respectively, for a total of about 1.0529 million shares.
How the market resolves
According to the market rules, the event resolves to “Yes” if the CLARITY Act passes both chambers of the US Congress and is signed into law by the US president before 11:59 pm ET on Dec. 31, 2026.
