NFT Sales Hold at $61.5M as Buyer Count Jumps More Than 120%

NFT sales reached $61.5 million over the past week, up 1.52%, while buyer activity surged sharply. Ethereum stayed on top by sales, and Bitcoin-based NFTs accounted for the largest individual deals.

The NFT market posted $61.5 million in sales over the last seven days, a modest 1.52% increase from the previous period. The bigger shift came from participation rather than volume: the number of buyers climbed 120.90% to 134,743, while sellers rose 98.69% to 111,756. During the same stretch, Bitcoin recovered to the $95,000 level, Ethereum moved back above $3,200, and the total crypto market cap increased from $3.09 trillion to $3.22 trillion.

Ethereum led sales while buyer activity spiked

Ethereum remained the top blockchain for NFT sales with $29.05 million, up 13.51% over seven days. Buyer count on the network reached 17,389, marking a 420.94% weekly increase. Ethereum wash trading totaled $3.88 million in the same period.

Bitcoin ranked second with $9.33 million in NFT sales, down 12.69% from the prior week, though buyers still increased 202.69% to 5,185. BNB Chain placed third with $7.73 million in sales, up 10.24%, and drew 14,728 buyers, a 422.27% jump.

Immutable came in fourth at $4.14 million, rising 5.15%. Panini rounded out the top five with $2.26 million, down 9.05%. Base recorded $2.26 million in sales, up 35.45%, while Solana brought in $1.89 million and posted a steep 46.78% decline week over week.

YES BOND topped collections, CryptoPunks stayed near the top

Among collections, YES BOND on BNB Chain led the rankings with $3.26 million in sales, a 19.35% increase for the week. The collection processed 1,622 transactions from 1,299 buyers.

CryptoPunks ranked second with $2.73 million in sales despite a 23.81% drop. The collection logged 28 transactions from 20 buyers. Ape.bond Bonds took third place at $2.48 million, up 43.47%. Panini America generated $2.26 million, down 9.05%, while Guild of Guardians Heroes posted $2.16 million, up 0.74%.

Good Vibes Club on Ethereum recorded $2.09 million in sales, surging 349.52%. Pudgy Penguins also made the top seven with $2 million in sales, down 9.62% from the previous week.

Bitcoin NFTs dominated the biggest individual sales

The largest transactions of the week came from $X@AI BRC-20 NFTs on Bitcoin. The top sale reached $1.10 million, equal to 12.0247 BTC. Another $X@AI item sold for $898,131, or 9.8453 BTC. Both deals took place three days ago.

CryptoPunks took three spots among the top five individual sales. CryptoPunks #5705 sold for $163,672, or 53 ETH, six days ago. CryptoPunks #3043 fetched $123,926 for 40 ETH, and CryptoPunks #4773 sold for $111,223 at 35.9 ETH. Those two sales were recorded three days ago.
