NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang said the global buildout of artificial intelligence infrastructure is set to generate a wide range of well-paid technical jobs, including roles that do not require a university degree. Speaking with BlackRock CEO Larry Fink at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Huang described the current wave of AI data center, semiconductor plant, and AI factory construction as the largest infrastructure buildout in human history. He said the jobs created will extend beyond software engineers and computer scientists to include electricians, plumbers, steelworkers, and workers involved in building and maintaining data centers.
