Techub News, citing Spaziocrypto, reported that NVIDIA and LG Group have announced a partnership to jointly build an AI factory focused on the development of physical AI technologies. The collaboration spans robotics, autonomous driving, data centers and GPU cloud services. LG will use the platform to train, simulate and deploy AI applications across the areas included in the partnership.
NVIDIA technologies to be integrated into LG PhysicalWorks
According to the report, the cooperation will integrate NVIDIA’s Isaac robotics framework, Cosmos world simulation models and GR00T foundation model into LG’s PhysicalWorks platform. The platform will support LG’s work on training, simulation and deployment of AI applications, aligning with the broader AI factory initiative announced by the two companies.
LG has already introduced CLOiD, its first home collaborative robot. In addition to its robotics work, LG plans to work with NVIDIA on the development of EXAONE, a Korean sovereign AI model. The announced partnership therefore brings together physical AI development, robotics, data-center infrastructure and GPU cloud services under a joint NVIDIA-LG initiative in South Korea.
