Odaily reported that OKX has issued an announcement confirming the upcoming launch of the OUSDT perpetual contract. According to the notice, the contract will go live at 00:30 Beijing time on June 18, with access available through the OKX web interface, mobile App and API. The newly listed product is a USDT-margined perpetual contract tied to O.
The announcement also describes o1 as a Base-native trading frontend. Its design brings spot trading, perpetual contracts and prediction markets into a single non-custodial user experience. In addition to these trading categories, o1 also includes quantitative trading tools and algorithmic trading tools, allowing the platform to support multiple trading functions within one interface.
Perpetual contracts are crypto derivatives that generally do not have a fixed expiry date. By opening the OUSDT perpetual contract on the web platform, App and API at the same time, OKX is making the contract available across several trading access points. The final trading details and launch arrangements are subject to the official OKX announcement.
