Alibaba Cloud's Qianwen Office has surpassed 30 million office users within its first month of launch, with over half being enterprise users. The platform has maintained a high iteration pace, delivering 120 version updates—an average of four per day—and rolling out thousands of features. The international version has also been released.
Qianwen Office open-sourced its enterprise context infrastructure, MyContext, which converts heterogeneous work data into context that agents can directly call. Within weeks, the project has garnered over 3,000 stars on GitHub.
Deep integration with DingTalk and other IM tools allows Qianwen Office to transform information scattered across messages, documents, approvals, emails, and knowledge bases into organizational context understandable by agents. A simple command in DingTalk enables the agent to query CRM and ERP systems for customer info, check inventory, and provide recommendations.
Qianwen Office also launched a dedicated office model, Qwen3.8-Flash, optimized for multi-step planning, tool selection, and context compression. Through inference optimization and a custom Harness architecture, it achieves approximately 100% speed improvement per task and reduces average token consumption by 75% in real office scenarios.
