BlockBeats reported on June 18 that Renaiss, a real-world collectibles liquidity infrastructure project, has completed a $1.5 million seed funding round. The round was led by YZi Labs, with participation from Gate Ventures, Hash Global, XIN Family and Redline Labs. Angel investors in the round came from Mask Network, Far East Group, Logoman, Hoopi and Legit App.
Building a collectibles custody and liquidity layer on BNB Chain
Renaiss is built on BNB Chain and is designed as infrastructure for bringing liquidity to real-world collectibles. The protocol uses Renaiss Vault OS to connect third-party vaults, card shops and custody nodes. Its Renaiss.XYZ product serves as the application layer through which users can access an on-chain collectibles market.
According to the project description, Renaiss provides verifiable custody, standardized settlement and on-chain liquidity for physical collectibles. The system is aimed at removing friction across verification, custody, pricing and cross-border transactions. Once collectibles have been custody-verified, their ownership can be transferred on-chain and circulated globally in a trustless and permissionless manner.
Funding to support vault expansion, SDK integration and global growth
The newly raised capital will be used to expand the vault network, strengthen product development and Renaiss SDK ecosystem integration, broaden collectibles categories and advance global market expansion. The funds will also support DeFi integrations and infrastructure related to AI Agents, further connecting the project’s application layer with its custody and settlement framework.
Renaiss has been selected for the third season of YZi Labs’ EASY Residency incubation program. The project also won the Demo Night at Binance Blockchain Week Dubai 2025 and ranked first in the BNB Chain RWA category. Since its beta launch in November 2025, the Renaiss platform has surpassed $20 million in turnover and has recorded more than 260,000 users.
