Odaily reported that Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, said in a post that although gold and silver prices have fallen recently, he will not decide whether to buy or sell assets based only on price. He said he has made many mistakes in the past, including allowing price movements to influence his investment judgment. He now pays more attention to the “environment” surrounding an asset and the broader macro backdrop, rather than focusing only on short-term price fluctuations.
Watching for the End of the Downtrend
Kiyosaki said the current management of the global economy has been poor and may cause problems to continue worsening. Against that backdrop, he is watching the technical trends of gold, silver, Bitcoin and Ethereum, and is waiting for prices to finish their downward trend before buying.
He also said the technical charts for gold and silver show that the two assets may be in a stage before a major rise. At the same time, Kiyosaki reminded investors to make their own judgments and not blindly trust the views of others.
