Sazmining has launched Wild Sats Club, a loyalty program that ties mining management fee discounts to the amount of hashrate a customer already runs with the company.
According to the announcement published by Bitcoin Magazine, many mining customers pay the same management fee whether they operate 0.25 PH or 25 PH. Wild Sats Club changes that structure by linking the fee to the customer’s existing hashrate with Sazmining and applying the lower rate across the customer’s full fleet, not only to newly purchased machines.
Phase 1 discount schedule
In Phase 1, the discount starts at 1.0 PH with a 1% reduction in management fees. It rises to 3% at 2.5 PH and to 6% at 5.0 PH. Sazmining said the tier will be recalculated every month.
How customers activate membership
A customer activates the program through a qualifying purchase from Sazmining that meets the hashrate required for activation: 0.25 PH for Bronze, 0.50 PH for Silver, or 1.0 PH for Gold. The threshold can be reached in a single order or through orders placed within a 30-day period.
New, pre-owned, and refurbished rigs purchased from Sazmining can all qualify. Full terms are available at https://www.sazmining.com/wildsatsclub/terms.
Founding-member window
Customers who make a qualifying purchase during the founding-member window, from Sept. 1 to Dec. 31, 2026, will activate at their full earned tier. The lower management fee begins on the first monthly recalculation after the new hardware is energized.
Sazmining said every benefit available at launch is a management fee discount only, with no cash component and no transferable value.
CEO comments
「Mining customers have been asked to accept the same fee whether they run a quarter of a petahash or twenty-five,」 said Kent Halliburton, CEO and co-founder of Sazmining. 「This program fixes that. As a customer’s hashrate grows, their cost of having us run it comes down, and it comes down on everything they already own.」
Halliburton added that the company is building long-term relationships rather than one-off transactions, and said that includes advising clients on what fleet growth can realistically look like against the goals they are trying to reach. He said the program is expected to appeal particularly to family offices seeking Bitcoin exposure with the depreciation benefits of owning equipment, real estate investors looking to diversify, and customers growing one rig at a time. He also said Sazmining plans to keep adapting the program so customers continue receiving what the company sees as its best product.
Additional benefits and disclaimer
Sazmining said the program is designed to keep opening up as customers grow with the company, and that additional member benefits will be announced as they become available.
