Solana-based prediction market platform World said its standalone site, world.xyz, went live today and opened access to more than 1 million users on its waitlist. The platform’s current markets span the full NFL regular season slate, seven major soccer leagues, Formula 1, the 2026 U.S. midterm elections, and the Federal Reserve’s next rate decision. World said it has already been operating since July through an embedded experience inside Phantom, where it has listed more than 150,000 markets so far. The company also said stock up-or-down contracts, commodity markets tied to gold, silver, oil, natural gas and hashpower are next in line, followed by weather prediction markets covering major cities around the world. According to World, the platform uses Chainlink Data Streams and Chainlink Runtime Environment, or CRE, to provide high-speed market data and automated orchestration, allowing markets to settle instantly after an event ends or a market closes without relying on manual review or token-holder voting. Each market is structured as a binary yes-or-no contract priced from $0 to $1 and settles in Phantom’s dollar stablecoin CASH.
Solana prediction market platform World said its standalone platform, world.xyz, officially launched today and is now open to more than 1 million users on its waitlist.

World says it has been live inside Phantom since July
World said it has been operating since July through an embedded experience in Phantom and has launched more than 150,000 markets to date.
The company added that markets on stock price direction, as well as commodities tied to gold, silver, oil, natural gas, and hashpower, are set to go live next. After that, it plans to roll out weather prediction markets covering major cities worldwide.
Chainlink infrastructure handles data and settlement flow
According to World, the platform uses Chainlink Data Streams and Chainlink Runtime Environment, or CRE, for high-speed market data and automated orchestration infrastructure. That setup allows markets to settle instantly and automatically after a sporting event ends or after a market close, replacing traditional manual review or token-holder voting.
Each market on World is presented as a binary yes-or-no contract, priced between $0 and $1, and settled in Phantom dollar stablecoin CASH.
