Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley Take the Largest Share

Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, the lead banks on the transaction, will receive the largest portion of the underwriting fees. Together, the two banks are set to take 40% of the total fee pool, which amounts to about $100 million for each institution.

Bank of America, Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase are each expected to receive about $75 million. Several other banks involved in the offering are expected to receive about $10 million each or less.
