According to ChainCatcher, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino announced that the company’s Bitcoin mining development kit has been upgraded to version 0.2.0. The key update in this release is its first complete end-to-end open-source operation, allowing the full Bitcoin miner development stack to be deployed and run in a fully open-source manner.
Ardoino said the latest version enables developers to launch the system directly and observe real mining machine hashrate being generated in the interface in real time. The system can display mining machine hashrate output data live, linking development, deployment and operational status through a visible interface.
The stated goal of the Bitcoin mining development kit is to build an underlying technical framework that connects intelligent systems with physical infrastructure. With the 0.2.0 upgrade, open-source deployment, open-source operation and real-time hashrate data display are the main components of the release.
