Odaily reported that Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino announced an upgrade to the company’s Bitcoin mining development kit, bringing it to version 0.2.0. The key update is that the kit has achieved its first complete end-to-end open source operation, allowing the full Bitcoin mining machine development stack to be deployed and run in a fully open source manner.
According to the announcement, the latest version enables developers to start the system directly and observe real mining machine hashrate being generated in real time through the interface. The system can display mining machine hashrate output data live, creating a complete workflow from deployment and operation to data presentation for the Bitcoin mining development stack.
Tether’s stated goal for the development kit is to build a foundational technical framework connecting intelligent systems with physical infrastructure. The 0.2.0 release described by Paolo Ardoino focuses on open source deployment, real-time presentation of actual mining machine hashrate, and end-to-end operational capability, giving developers an environment they can run and observe directly.
