According to data from Coinglass, the cryptocurrency market witnessed total liquidations of $326 million in the past 24 hours. Long positions accounted for $153 million, while short positions accounted for $172 million, indicating slightly heavier losses for bears. Specifically, Bitcoin long liquidations reached $30.34 million and short liquidations hit $85.68 million; Ethereum long liquidations stood at $25.08 million and short liquidations at $43.82 million. Both major assets experienced larger short-position liquidations.
During the same period, a total of 82,676 traders were liquidated globally. The largest single liquidation order occurred on Binance’s BTCUSDT pair, with a value of $6.65 million. The heightened market volatility triggered concentrated deleveraging, reminding investors to manage risk carefully.
