Trezor said it is reviewing the situation following reports of fund losses involving Ledger devices sold by reseller CryptoBilis, adding that it currently has no record of similar issues affecting its own products. Earlier, X user Bitcoin Malaya wrote that CryptoBilis is not only an authorized Ledger reseller, but also an authorized seller for Trezor, CoolWallet, Tangem, OneKey, ELLIPAL, and SafePal. The user asked whether wallets from those other brands purchased through the same reseller are safe, and said many users in Malaysia bought devices from CryptoBilis.
