Trump comments on Iran, while HOOD rises after insider buying
According to Jinshi, Trump said the United States struck Iran yesterday and would strike again today. He said Iran had agreed not to possess nuclear weapons and that all that was needed was to sign the relevant document. In a separate statement to reporters at the White House, Trump said that if a peace agreement could not be reached, the United States would take very tough action against Iran. He said the U.S. would attack, deliver heavy strikes and resume bombing, while also saying that he hoped to reach a meaningful agreement with Iran.

Robinhood director Meyer Malka purchased another 250,000 shares of HOOD at around $81 per share, bringing his total holdings to 8 million shares. Over the past week, Malka has accumulated more than $50 million worth of Robinhood stock. Following the purchase, HOOD rose 6.67% on the day to $89.36.
SpaceX IPO-linked products draw policy and trading attention
U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren called on the SEC to delay SpaceX’s IPO and seek a review of the offering, according to Jinshi. The Block cited market views that the planned SpaceX IPO, with a proposed issue price of $135 per share, $75 billion in fundraising and a valuation of about $1.77 trillion, could lead some investors to sell crypto assets in order to free capital for subscriptions, creating short-term pressure on Bitcoin. Platforms including Hyperliquid and Binance already offer SpaceX-related perpetual contracts and tokenized shares, and the IPO’s popularity is also seen as a factor that could increase on-chain trading activity.

TradeXYZ clarified the structure of its SPCX pre-market contract, saying the product is a price-based perpetual contract that tracks the price of a single share. The number of shares outstanding and the company’s market capitalization are not pricing inputs. TradeXYZ said the share-count figure previously shown in its documentation was only an educational example and has now been removed. After SpaceX completes its IPO and sufficient external price data becomes available, SPCX will switch to standard external oracle pricing.
Christophe Boucher, chief investment officer at ABN Amro Investment Solutions, said participating in the SpaceX IPO is similar to buying cryptocurrency about 15 years ago: investors either lose all of their principal or receive exponential returns. He advised investors to consider the risk-reward profile comprehensively. Bloomberg senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas also said LeverageShares will launch a 3x leveraged SpaceX ETF this Friday, with the U.S. dollar share class carrying the ticker ELON. The report also listed the pound share class as ELON and again as MUSK. LeverageShares will also launch 3x leveraged SK Hynix and 3x leveraged DRAM ETFs.

Prediction markets, DeFi security and Bitcoin demand
CFTC Chair Mike Selig announced a public request for comment on a proposed structured framework to evaluate the types of events underlying prediction market trading contracts. The aim is to provide long-term and transparent regulatory guidelines. Selig stressed that this would not be the final rulemaking for prediction markets and said the agency would continue to balance market integrity with support for innovation.

On-chain security researcher Specter disclosed that an old liquidity pool belonging to the Solana DeFi protocol Raydium appeared to have been attacked, with about $1.34 million in assets stolen, including USDC, RAY and wSOL. The attacker bridged the funds to Ethereum and then deposited them into the Tornado Cash mixer.
CryptoQuant said Bitcoin could form a bottom around $53,600, which corresponds to the current realized price. The firm noted that bear markets have historically tended to bottom near this level. However, the report also emphasized that the current demand environment is extremely unfavorable. A true recovery in the bull market would require a clear rebound in demand, and current on-chain data has not yet shown such a signal.

AI payments, Solana privacy and physical AI financing
Mastercard launched an AI payment protocol called Agent Pay for AI, allowing AI agents to make small payments to one another, such as paying for on-demand access to data. The protocol records the permissions granted by humans to AI agents on a blockchain. In its initial phase, the authorization information is stored on Polygon, an Ethereum-based network. Adyen, Coinbase and Cloudflare participated in the development. Mastercard said the protocol will become a new scalable market over the next five years.
Solana infrastructure company Helius announced the acquisition of Light Protocol. Light Protocol will refocus on developing privacy solutions for Solana, combining its ZK cryptography capabilities with Helius’s infrastructure strengths to build ZK privacy protocols for private payments and private DeFi. Helius plans to open the related infrastructure to developers in the coming months.

Tether Investments, a unit of Tether, announced that it led the Series C financing of humanoid robotics company NEURA Robotics. The round could reach up to $1.4 billion, setting a private financing record in robotics and physical AI. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said WDK and QVAC will provide machines with both financial and intelligence capabilities, enabling them to execute tasks and complete transactions independently. AI infrastructure startup TensorWave also completed a $350 million Series B financing round at a post-money valuation of $1.55 billion. The funds will be used to expand its AMD-powered global AI infrastructure.
