Wadoozie says it has completed a third independent smart contract audit before its May 27 Ethereum fair launch, alongside disclosing token burn, liquidity lock, zero-tax structure, and DAO governance parameters.

Wadoozie, an ERC-20 meme coin project built around a traveling character and an on-chain attention model, has announced the completion of its third independent smart contract audit ahead of its planned May 27, 2026 fair launch on Ethereum. The latest review was conducted by blockchain security firm SolidProof, adding to earlier assessments from CertiK via Skynet and Coinsult. According to the project, all three reports will be published in full at launch so that market participants can verify the findings independently.

Three separate reviews before launch

Wadoozie framed the third audit as a deliberate security decision rather than a marketing milestone. The team said meme coins should not be treated as exempt from the standards normally expected of token projects that manage community liquidity. By commissioning three different firms, the project sought to avoid relying on a single audit methodology as the sole basis for its pre-launch security posture.

SolidProof, a Germany-based blockchain security company known for work across DeFi and ERC-20 token launches, reviewed the full $WADZ contract. The scope included supply mechanics, transfer logic, burn execution, and the expected post-launch contract state. Wadoozie said the same contract has now been examined through three distinct analytical lenses. CertiK’s Skynet platform emphasizes continuous on-chain monitoring and a public-facing risk score, while Coinsult focuses more heavily on manual review of ERC-20 logic and common token vulnerabilities. SolidProof provides an additional assessment under its own scoring and reporting framework.

Launch parameters disclosed in advance

The project also published a detailed outline of the token’s launch configuration, stressing that the setup is intended to be verifiable on-chain from the first block. Wadoozie said it will mint 2 billion $WADZ at launch and immediately burn 999,999,999 tokens, leaving an effective supply of 1,000,000,001 tokens.

Of that amount, 75% of supply, or 750,000,500 $WADZ, is planned to be paired with ETH and seeded into a Uniswap liquidity pool. The project stated that the LP will be locked and governed by a DAO, meaning that future changes to the pool would require a successful community vote and that no individual or team wallet would be able to move LP tokens. Wadoozie also said the contract will be renounced after launch and that both buy and sell taxes are set to zero.

The team added that these parameters can be checked independently on Etherscan at the published contract address: 0x8a730da6d4f483917a53072d9a8e5eef4b105d72.

Additional safeguards beyond audit reports

Beyond the audits, Wadoozie highlighted several structural safeguards aimed at addressing common investor concerns around meme coin launches. Team tokens account for 3% of supply and are locked for 12 months from launch, which the project says means there will be no team liquidity in the first year. A further 10% treasury allocation is to be held in a multisig structure under DAO governance. According to the announcement, any treasury spending—including future centralized exchange listings, market-making arrangements, grants, marketing, and buybacks—would require a community vote.

The project also said there is no presale, no private round, and no insider allocation. Instead, all participants are expected to access the token through Uniswap on the same curve and at the same time. In the context of token launches, that messaging positions Wadoozie around a “fair launch” narrative, emphasizing open market entry over early privileged distribution.

Audited contract supports broader ecosystem plans

Wadoozie linked the audit process not only to the token launch itself, but also to a broader ecosystem roadmap that routes through the same smart contract. The project described plans for a 48-state U.S. tour, a real-world Signal Fragment scavenger hunt that would distribute 49,999,500 $WADZ to community members, and a Publishers Network with 70 million $WADZ allocated for on-chain creator payouts.

From the team’s perspective, the fact that these initiatives rely on the same audited contract gives participants a stronger technical basis for engaging with the token economy surrounding the project. In other words, the audit effort is being presented not only as pre-launch risk reduction, but also as infrastructure for a wider set of community and content-based incentives.

Project narrative and launch positioning

Wadoozie describes its broader concept through what it calls “The Drift,” a term the team uses to characterize increasingly fragmented online attention cycles. Its mascot—a chaotic blue-faced, golden-haired character—anchors a continuous livestream and is central to the project’s planned road tour. The tour is scheduled to open in Texas and close in Louisiana before continuing into Europe, according to the announcement.

Within that framing, the project presents the contract audits as the technical foundation for everything else it intends to build. Its core launch narrative combines locked DAO-governed liquidity, a renounced contract, locked team tokens, three independent audits, and a community-vote-controlled treasury. Wadoozie also said the token is already listed on CoinMarketCap, while the fair launch is scheduled to go live on Ethereum via Uniswap on May 27, 2026.

Although the announcement emphasizes transparency and security preparation, it should also be understood in context: the original source material is a sponsored press release distributed by the project. As with any token launch, independent verification of contract behavior, published audit findings, liquidity controls, governance mechanisms, and on-chain activity remains essential for prospective participants.
