According to Odaily Planet Daily, crypto analyst EmberCN monitored that a whale address has borrowed 100 million USDT from Aave protocol since yesterday, purchasing 59,742 ETH at an average price of $1,681. The address now holds a total of 133,800 ETH with an estimated value of approximately $212 million. However, the newly added position is already showing an unrealized loss of about $6 million at current market prices.

On-chain data further reveals that the whale currently has two active borrowing positions, with liquidation prices around $1,356 and $1,170, respectively. If the ETH price continues to decline and falls below these key levels, the collateral will face the risk of system liquidation. It is worth noting that there is still a buffer between the current ETH price and the lower liquidation threshold of $1,170.
