A newly created wallet identified as BmKrss has made a large purchase of STONK, the platform token of Solana-based token issuance platform StonkFun, according to on-chain tracking data from Lookonchain cited by BlockBeats on Sept. 11. The wallet first withdrew 22,686 SOL from Binance, valued at about $2.25 million. It has since spent 17,106 SOL, worth roughly $1.7 million, to buy 5.41 million STONK. Separately, data from GMGN showed that STONK’s market capitalization rose past $280 million on the day, setting a fresh record high. The report did not provide further details on the wallet owner’s identity.

BlockBeats reported on Sept. 11 that a whale has been aggressively buying STONK, the platform token of Solana token issuance platform StonkFun, according to monitoring by Lookonchain.

On-chain data showed that a newly created wallet, BmKrss, withdrew 22,686 SOL from Binance, valued at $2.25 million. The wallet has already spent 17,106 SOL, or about $1.7 million, to purchase 5.41 million STONK.

Separately, GMGN data showed that STONK’s market capitalization surpassed $280 million on the day, reaching a new all-time high.
