Odaily reported that, according to monitoring by on-chain analyst Ai Yi, ETH declined again after Waller’s hawkish debut remarks. On-chain data showed that a whale deposited 5,972 ETH to Binance nine hours earlier. Based on the deposit price, the transfer was valued at about $10.59 million.
The address built the position between March 27 and March 28 at a price of $1,989 per ETH. When the funds were deposited to Binance, the quoted deposit price was $1,774.24. Based on the figures shared by Ai Yi, the whale is suspected of clearing the position after holding it for nearly three months, with an estimated loss of $1.287 million.
The key details of this on-chain movement include the amount of ETH transferred, the destination exchange, the original entry period, the entry price and the estimated loss. Together, those data points describe a large ETH position that was moved to Binance after the token’s latest decline.
