XRPL Korea on Sept. 4 released the second batch of speakers for XRP Seoul 2026, adding Doppler Finance, t54 Labs, Flare, Variational, Evernorth and Squid to the event lineup. The new names join previously announced Ripple executives including President Monica Long, Christina Chan and Ayo Akinyele. Korean licensed financial institutions have also been added, with Woori Bank, KakaoBank, Kbank and Kyobo Securities set to send senior representatives. The conference is scheduled for Oct. 3 at Grand Hyatt Seoul during Korea Blockchain Week 2026, which the article says is co-hosted with Upbit. Ripple is the title sponsor. According to the organizer, the agenda will cover real-world asset tokenization, stablecoins, digital asset treasury strategies, AI agent payments and on-chain exchanges for tokenized assets. The newly announced speakers span institutional XRPL infrastructure, AI payment rails, DeFi access for non-smart-contract assets, on-chain trading venues for crypto and traditional assets, XRP treasury plans and cross-chain liquidity routing. Organizers also said more speakers, sponsors and the full schedule will be released later. The previous XRP Seoul 2025 event, held at COEX in Seoul, drew more than 100 companies and about 3,000 attendees, and this year’s edition has been upgraded to a new venue.

XRPL Korea has released the second batch of speakers for XRP Seoul 2026, adding Doppler Finance, t54 Labs, Flare, Variational, Evernorth and Squid to the conference roster. Korean licensed financial institutions are joining the program as well. Woori Bank, KakaoBank, Kbank and Kyobo Securities were named among the local participants.

XRP Seoul 2026 is set to take place on Oct. 3 at Grand Hyatt Seoul during Korea Blockchain Week 2026, which the article describes as co-hosted with Upbit. Ripple is the title sponsor.

Agenda stretches beyond the XRP ecosystem

According to the organizer, this year’s agenda will cover real-world asset, or RWA, tokenization, stablecoins, digital asset treasury strategies, AI agent payments and on-chain exchanges for tokenized assets. The event is being positioned as broader than a conference focused only on XRP-native projects.

The speaker lineup combines founders and senior executives from global crypto firms with business leaders from regulated Korean financial institutions.

Global speaker lineup

Doppler Finance

Rox Park, head of institutional business at Doppler Finance, will represent the project. The article says Doppler signed a memorandum of understanding with SBI Ripple Asia in December 2025, marking the first time the SBI Group joint venture partnered with a protocol built natively on the XRP Ledger, or XRPL.

At the conference, Park is expected to discuss the future of liquidity between centralized exchanges and decentralized derivatives markets. The project description says Doppler is building institutional on-chain capital markets infrastructure on XRPL, with a focus on XRP yield products and RWA tokenization under its "XRPfi" vision. In February 2026, the company also reached a partnership with OpenEden to bring tokenized U.S. Treasury bills, listed as TBILL, into the XRPL ecosystem, giving XRP and RLUSD holders a way to access U.S. Treasury-backed yield on-chain.

t54 Labs

t54 Labs founder Chandler Fang will deliver a keynote speech. The company is building infrastructure for "agent payments," aimed at a future in which AI agents execute transactions and payments on behalf of humans. Its products currently support XRPL, Solana and Base.

Fang previously worked on Ripple’s payments team and at JPMorgan’s Kinexys unit. His session is titled "Paying AI Agents" and will focus on the on-chain financial system emerging around AI agents. The project profile says t54 Labs is also developing identity, credit and risk-control infrastructure for those use cases.

Flare

Flare co-founder and Flare Labs CEO Hugo Philion is also scheduled to speak. Flare is described as a data-focused layer-1 blockchain that can connect digital assets without native smart-contract functionality, including XRP and Bitcoin, to DeFi applications.

The article says Flare launched the FXRP mainnet in September last year, and the initial minting capacity of 5 million FXRP was fully used within four hours. After the FAssets 1.3 upgrade in May this year, users were able to mint assets directly on XRPL in a single transaction.

Variational

Justin Bram, head of product at Variational, has also joined the lineup. Variational is presented as an on-chain exchange for both digital assets and real-world assets such as gold and stock indexes.

Based on DefiLlama data cited in the article, the platform records about $1 billion in average daily trading volume and has surpassed $200 billion in cumulative trading volume. It recently launched exchange markets for gold, listed as XAU, and the Nasdaq 100 index, listed as US100, bringing liquidity from traditional finance market makers directly on-chain.

The project profile adds that as of early September 2026, Variational ranked among the top 10 on-chain exchanges globally. It also says the platform’s RWA perpetual contracts accounted for more than 30% of total trading volume just over two months after launch.

Evernorth

Evernorth founder and CEO Asheesh Birla will travel to Seoul and join a panel discussion. The article identifies Birla as an early core member of Ripple. Evernorth plans to build an XRP treasury reserve valued at about $1 billion and is pursuing a Nasdaq listing through a SPAC merger.

Its project description states that the relevant U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission registration filing became effective at the end of August, with a shareholder vote on the merger expected to begin at the end of September. After the listing is completed, the company’s XRP holdings are expected to reach at least 473 million tokens. Birla is set to discuss how traditional financial institutions are approaching asset tokenization.

Squid

Fig, co-founder of cross-chain investment and payment project Squid, was named as the final new global guest. Squid is described as cross-chain liquidity routing infrastructure connecting asset swaps and payment flows across dozens of blockchains. It is also an official bridging partner for XRPL, operating validator nodes and taking part in network governance.

Fig’s session is titled "The Future of Asset Tokenization." The project description says Squid is developing tools for retail users, developers and AI agents to carry out cross-chain investing and payments. Its native token has recently been listed on major Korean exchanges including Upbit and Bithumb.

Korean financial institutions to share bank and brokerage views

Local financial-sector speakers include Seunghoon Han, senior manager at Woori Bank; Leo Lee, team lead at KakaoBank; Jaehyuk Choi, head of Kbank’s digital asset task group; and Heejin Shin, executive director at Kyobo Securities. They are expected to discuss how institutions view stablecoin adoption and the scaled use of digital assets from the perspectives of banks and brokerages.

RiskX and Creder were also listed among the Korean companies that have confirmed attendance. Organizers said more speakers, sponsors and the full conference schedule will be disclosed later.

Organizer statement and event details

An XRPL Korea representative said, 「We are bringing market-tested global leading companies together with decision-makers from Korea’s institutional finance sector on the same stage. Both institutional investors and individual participants will see a new chapter in the development of the digital asset industry here.」

The previous XRP Seoul 2025 event was held at COEX in Seoul and drew more than 100 companies and about 3,000 attendees. The 2026 edition has moved to Grand Hyatt Seoul and is scheduled for Oct. 3. Tickets are available through Moove Ticket, YES24 and Ticketlink.
