Zodl Mobile 3.7.0: Android Security Overhaul and Maya DEX Integration
Alongside the announcement, ZODL published a weekly report detailing progress on two key products. First, Zodl Mobile version 3.7.0 focuses on network resilience and security hardening. It includes a large-scale security reinforcement for Android, fixes multiple transaction state and sending bugs, and integrates the Maya DEX aggregator via Swapkit, enabling mobile users to access cross-chain decentralized liquidity directly from the wallet interface.
Zallet 0.1.0-alpha.4: Zebra Backend and Enhanced RPC Capabilities
The second product is the desktop lightweight wallet Zallet, which has been updated to version 0.1.0-alpha.4. This release adds support for the Zebra state backend (Zebra is Zcash Foundation's Rust-based node implementation), introduces several new RPC methods, and includes built-in encrypted identity commands. These enhancements give Zallet users more flexibility in managing privacy parameters and identity credentials, further bolstering wallet autonomy and security within the Zcash ecosystem.
