AI Stocks Slide at US Open; Marvell Falls 7.65% to Lead Decliners
U.S. stocks opened mixed, with AI-related names under pressure across the board. Marvell dropped 7.65% in the early session, making it the biggest decliner among the companies cited. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.28% and the S&P 500 edged up 0.08%, while the Nasdaq Composite slipped 0.07%. The VIX, a widely watched volatility gauge, was down 0.28% at the open. Other AI names also fell, with Synopsys declining 2.58%, Astera Labs down 2.56%, Tempus AI losing 2.25% and Palo Alto Networks off 2.25%. The figures came from MSX.COM, which is described as a leading RWA trading platform. According to the report, MSX has listed hundreds of RWA tokens tied to popular U.S. stocks and ETFs. The tokenized tickers on the platform include Nvidia, GOOGL, MSFT, AMZN, META, TSM and AMD. The opening data points were part of a broader market snapshot published on Odaily.
