Exodus Movement, Inc. reported unaudited results for Q1 2025, delivering its strongest first quarter on record. Revenue rose to $36.0 million, up 24% from $29.1 million in Q1 2024, which the company attributed to ongoing product innovation and continued demand for self-custody solutions. The company also expanded its bitcoin treasury position to 2,011 BTC, up 70 BTC from December 31, 2024, with those holdings valued at $166.0 million. Total digital assets, cash, and cash equivalents reached $238.0 million, including 2,693 ETH worth $4.9 million and $62.8 million in USD Coin and Treasury bills. Operationally, monthly active users fell 30% to 1.6 million, but Exodus still ended the quarter with 1.8 million funded users and processed $2.18 billion in exchange volume. Expenses increased sharply, with technology, development, and user support costs rising to $14.9 million and general and administrative costs climbing to $14.3 million. The company posted a net loss of $12.9 million, compared with net income of $54.8 million a year earlier, largely due to a $28.8 million loss on digital assets. Even so, management struck an optimistic tone and said Exodus remains well positioned for long-term expansion.

Exodus Posts Record Q1 2025 Revenue as Bitcoin Holdings Reach 2,011 BTC

Exodus Movement, Inc. reported unaudited financial results for the first quarter of 2025, delivering its strongest first-quarter revenue on record while also expanding its Bitcoin treasury. Revenue rose to $36.0 million, up 24% from $29.1 million in Q1 2024, as the company said product innovation and demand for self-custody solutions supported growth. The firm’s Bitcoin holdings increased to 2,011 BTC, up by 70 BTC from December 31, 2024, with those holdings valued at $166.0 million. Across digital assets, cash, and cash equivalents, Exodus reported a total of $238.0 million, including 2,693 ETH worth $4.9 million and $62.8 million in USD Coin and Treasury bills. Operationally, monthly active users declined 30% to 1.6 million, but funded users still reached 1.8 million by quarter-end, and exchange volume totaled $2.18 billion. At the same time, rising operating costs and a $28.8 million loss on digital assets pushed the company to a net loss of $12.9 million, versus net income of $54.8 million a year earlier. Management nevertheless emphasized that Exodus remains well positioned to grow both within the digital asset industry and beyond.
