GoPlus said the proposal threshold is 75,000 FORTH and the passage threshold is 600,000 FORTH. Based on a FORTH price of $0.27 at the time of the warning, roughly $160,000 would be enough to assemble the votes needed for approval. The proposer or recipient address currently holds about 87,200 FORTH voting power, while a delegating address held about the same amount and delegated that voting power to the proposer 19 minutes before the proposal was submitted.
