Injective Introduces Asia's First INJ Regulated Fund, M-INJ, Supervised by Thailand SEC

Merkle Capital has launched M-INJ, the first regulated fund in Asia based on Injective's native token INJ, under the supervision of Thailand's SEC. The fund allows both retail and institutional investors to gain INJ exposure without direct token custody or exchange accounts. INJ already trades as regulated derivatives in the US via CFTC-regulated Bitnomial, making it one of the rare digital assets with regulated market presence in both regions.
