MoonPay has acquired Entendre, an AI-based crypto accounting platform, to automate back-office stablecoin processes. Entendre’s AI agents convert raw blockchain data into structured financial records, cutting manual workload by over half for clients including Polygon Labs, Thirdweb, and Babylon Labs.
MoonPay has brought MoonAgents to Telegram, letting users access its AI crypto agent through chat for market analysis, dashboards, trade handling, and on-chain monitoring while keeping data and private keys on local computers.

MoonPay has acquired crypto infrastructure startup Glide and plans to fold its deposit and routing technology into MoonPay Deposits, according to Cointelegraph. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Glide was founded in 2023 by Tushar Soni and Qinyu Tong, both of whom previously worked on the Robinhood Wallet team. The startup supports more than 100 tokens across 30 blockchain networks and helps applications accept deposits from a range of tokens, wallets, exchanges and payment sources. After the acquisition, Glide’s technology will be integrated into MoonPay Deposits, a product already used by applications including Wallet in Telegram, Moonshot and Paysafe. MoonPay said the acquisition is part of its effort to expand its digital asset infrastructure capabilities. The deal marks MoonPay’s sixth announced acquisition in 2026. Its earlier acquisitions this year include Sodot, Decent, DFlow, Entendre and Dawn Labs. MoonPay’s backers include Thrive Capital, Paradigm, Valhalla Ventures, Tiger Global Management and Coatue.
MoonPay said it has joined the x402 Foundation and will serve on its board. The announcement was disclosed by MoonPay. No further details were provided in the source input about the foundation, the appointment process, or the scope of the role.
MoonPay said a false post on X claiming celebrity hippo MooDeng had died was caused by a test tied to its “AI Intern V1.0” project. The crypto payments company said the test failed, the system still needs work, and related testing has now been paused and “sent back for repairs.” MoonPay also said MooDeng is fine, describing the animal as still “chubby, happy and very healthy.” The company apologized for the false report and any market concern it may have triggered, and said the post has been deleted. MoonPay added that the incident showed its AI agent project still has issues to address before any formal rollout.
