State Data Group completes business registration with RMB 30 billion in registered capital
State Data Group Co., Ltd. has completed its business registration, according to corporate records platform Qichacha cited by ChainCatcher. The company was registered with capital of RMB 30 billion. The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council contributed RMB 6 billion for a 20% stake. China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom each contributed RMB 4.5 billion and each hold 15%, for a combined 45%. Southern Power Grid and State Grid each contributed RMB 3.75 billion and each hold 12.5%, totaling 25%. Xiong'an Group contributed RMB 3 billion and holds 10%. The company's business scope includes big data services, data processing and storage support services, artificial intelligence application software development, blockchain-related software and services, and cloud computing equipment technology services.
