GOAL reported on 3 November that Juventus are planning for January after authorising a capital increase, with five strikers under consideration.

GOAL reported on 3 November that Juventus are looking ahead to the January transfer window after authorising the board to carry out a capital increase, with five strikers in their sights. The agenda for the shareholders' meeting on 3 November also included approval of the financial statements and the appointment of two board members.

Shareholders' meeting and capital increase

The financial statements as at 30 June 2026 showed a loss of 66 million. The capital increase stands at 250 million and is “to support the strengthening of the capital structure and sporting competitiveness, possible upgrades to strategic property assets (first and foremost, the Allianz Stadium), the enhancement of the brand and financial sustainability”.

Majority shareholder Exor has guaranteed it will cover its share, 65.4%, and any unsubscribed portion. GOAL reported that from the 250 million capital increase, Juventus could ultimately have around 100 million to spend in the transfer market between January and next summer, and that part of the money raised could be invested as early as January.

Champions League qualification

At the meeting, remarks by Stefano Cerrato confirmed that qualification for next season's Champions League is vital to Juventus's finances and, in turn, their sporting development. Cerrato is Juventus's Chief Financial Officer.

Targets and current scoring figures

Randal Kolo Muani and Nick Woltemade have scored one league goal between them in 10 rounds of Serie A, scored by Kolo Muani. In the Europa League, Woltemade has scored three goals and Kolo Muani has scored two.

GOAL reported that Juventus will monitor the situations of Benjamin Sesko at Manchester United and Florian Balogun at Monaco over the coming months. Brian Brobbey is on Juventus's list. Antonio Raimondo is among Juventus's targets, and Younes Ebnoutalib is also on the list.

Raimondo and Ebnoutalib

Raimondo has scored eight goals in nine league matches, but his injury against Torino on Sunday affected his ankle ligaments and is expected to keep him out for around two months. GOAL reported that the injury could push any possible move back to next summer rather than the winter transfer window.

Ebnoutalib has scored eight goals in 10 matches this season across the Bundesliga and the German Cup.
