Saudi Arabia have named a 30-player squad for a November 2026 camp in Doha, with Georgios Donis selecting the group. During the camp in Qatar, Saudi Arabia are due to play friendlies against South Korea and Uzbekistan.
Camp schedule
The squad list was published by the Saudi national team's official X account on Wednesday afternoon. According to the official account, the camp runs from 9 to 17 November, and the players are set to report on Sunday 8 November.
Saudi Arabia are due to play South Korea on Friday 13 November during the Qatar camp, before facing Uzbekistan on Tuesday 17th.
Asian Cup date change
The Asian Cup was due to take place early next year. Organisers have pushed the 2027 Asian Cup back to the period from 23 December 2027 to 21 January 2028.
Saudi Arabia kept their November programme intact despite the date change.
Goalkeepers and defenders
According to the Saudi national team's official X account, the squad includes goalkeepers Mohammed Al-Owais, Hamed Yousef and Abdulquddus Atiah.
The defenders are Abdulelah Al-Amri, Sultan Tankar, Abdullah Al-Khaibari, Hassan Al-Tambakti, Ali Lajami, Nawaf Boushal, Mohammed Mahrzi, Saud Abdulhamid, Mohammed Abu Al-Shamat, Mutaib Al-Harbi and Faris Abidi.
Midfielders and attackers
According to the Saudi national team's official X account, the midfielders are Musab Al-Juwayr, Mukhtar Ali, Mohammed Kanno, Ziyad Al-Johani, Abdullah Al-Khaibari, Nasser Al-Dawsari, Abdulmalik Al-Asiri, Ahmed Al-Ghamdi and Turki Al-Ammar.
The attackers are Sultan Mandash, Mohammed Al-Qahtani, Marwan Al-Sahafi, Mohammed Al-Kuwaykibi, Abdullah Al-Hamdan, Firas Al-Buraikan and Abdullah Al-Salem.
