After VfB Stuttgart's 0-2 Champions League defeat away to Galatasaray Istanbul, Deniz Undav said he does not expect to be called up by Germany coach Jürgen Klopp for the next two Nations League matches.

Undav's answer on the squad

Asked whether he hoped to be named on Thursday in the squad for the matches against Serbia in Belgrade on 13 November and the Netherlands in Berlin on 16 November, Undav replied: "Not at all."

The Swabians' captain also said after the 0-2 defeat: "What can I say? Without goals, it's hard to be involved."

Squad announcement date

Klopp will announce his squad on 5 November.

Klopp had already left Undav out of the first four Nations League matches.

Undav's season numbers

Undav has seven goal involvements from 14 competitive appearances this season: two goals in the DFB Cup and Champions League, plus five assists across all three competitions.
