Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget today announced a strategic partnership with Atomic Vaults (AVS), a licensed US broker-dealer, to launch direct US stock trading services. Eligible Bitget users can now trade over 10,000 US stocks and ETFs 24 hours a day, five days a week, further expanding Bitget's footprint in traditional financial assets.

Partnership Details and Trading Scope

According to information released by Bitget, the collaboration leverages AVS's compliant channel to enable users to directly buy and sell real US equities. Unlike the previously launched stock tokens (rtokens), this new offering involves authentic stock trading backed by a licensed US broker-dealer, allowing users to hold both crypto assets and traditional securities on a single platform for more diversified investment options. Bitget stated that the service is available to qualified users and operates within a compliant framework.

Atomic Vaults' Regulatory Credentials and Business Scale

Atomic Vaults is a broker-dealer registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). This means its operations are subject to strict regulatory oversight and client assets are eligible for certain levels of insurance protection. According to disclosed information, AVS provides institutional-grade trading infrastructure and supports compliant access to the US equity market. It currently serves a global client base that includes various institutional investors, with monthly nominal trading volumes exceeding $20 billion. These credentials offer Bitget users a reliable and compliant gateway to the US stock market.

The partnership marks a significant step in Bitget's journey toward integrating cryptocurrency and traditional finance. The platform now offers two ways to invest in US stocks: stock tokens (rtoken) and direct equities. Users can choose the tool that best suits their preferences and compliance requirements. Bitget said it remains committed to providing secure and convenient global asset allocation services built on trust.
